After months of planning and  construction, The North Woods Bread Co will finally open its doors on Saturday! A huge congrats to Lisa Hess Marks and her husband, Edward!!!

We are guessing there may even be a line outside when the doors open at 10am, with loaves of fresh-made bread ready for the taking.

Saturday's flavors will be White, Wheat, Multi Grain, and Sourdough. Please Note: There will be limited quantities for the first couple of weeks, until their new oven is ready to rock.

The Bread Co is located at the back of the old Morningstar Bistro – which is the new Pine Cone Mercantile home goods store (located at 1079 Main Street in Schroon Lake).

A hat tip to yet another set of brave entrepreneurs as they embark on their American Dream.
