Holes In One, Not Once, But Twice at the Schroon Golf Course

This just in: there’s been another hole in one recorded at the Schroon Lake Golf Course! Our special correspondent Robin Kulwin tells us local, long time Schroon Lake residentPhil Tucker, accomplished this rare feat on Wednesday.

“It was his second hole in one. The first was 51 years ago, at the Schroon Lake golf course. Coincidentally, both were on the 2nd hole. Back in the day his father was the golf pro here”.

Congrats to Phil on this remarkable accomplishment. This unique club includes Joe Branigan, who had a hole-in-one at the 3 third hole on Tuesday, July 26. Branigan used a wedge from 100 yards, as witnessed by Bill Ciraco.
