Friday, May 26, our favorite (and only) wine bar in Schroon Lake opens just for this weekend at 4pm. Proprietor Patti Mehm welcomes all to toast the season with delicious fruit wine slushies, artisanal New York wines, craft beer and a few surprises from the new menu.

We are really excited to hear that the legacy of Morningstar Bistro continues this year at the Vine & Barley, with the introduction of authentic French crepes with some pretty special fillings: Nutella, strawberries and cream, wine flavored cheeses, turkey maple bacon, and more.

Their popular spinach dip and cheese plate will also be available. Memorial Day Weekend Hours: Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 3-8pm, Sunday 1-6 pm. Vine & Barley will open for the season daily, starting Friday, June 23.
