From our buds at Paradox Brewery:

"Three different cans are being released Friday, September 1.
1. WEATHER is our new rotating Hoppy Beer Series--This iteration is a Hoppy Helles. This will be an unfiltered lager with exciting German hops in the kettle as well as the dry-hop and fermented with our house lager yeast. Hops used are Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc, and Ariana.
2. Southern Hemisphere DIPA-- Double IPA brewed with the best hops from the Southern Hemisphere. Expect notes of coconut, mango, and papaya
3. Beaver Overbite Imperial IPA-- Well balanced double IPA with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus."

Why Paradox Beer Tastes Sooooo Good

There’s a very good reason that craft beer is so wildly popular. Besides being handcrafted, it’s the delicate care brewmasters take with their ingredients, that makes for palette buzzing tastes

In early July, Schroon’s own Paradox Brewery brewers were busy at work on their latest Saison. This one was dosed with orange zest, rose hips, and pink peppercorn in the kettle! This beer should drop very soon.
