It's Time For A Spring Fling: We've got you Covered. From our friends at the Tri-Lake Business Alliance:

First Car Hop of the Year is May 8th @ 5PM at the Panther Mt. Inn. Businesses are asked to donate trophies ($40 - just get your check to Donnie) for the 5 shows scheduled for this year. Additional help is also need to sell 50/50 raffle tickets each evening.

National Topless Day for Jeeps

May 16th at the Tin TeePee. Registration at 10AM. There will be passenger rides available and over $6,000 worth of raffle prizes!  Free rides and BBQ for all Veterans! Proceeds will benefit area food pantry.

ATV Ride

May 30th starting at the Tin TeePee at 10 AM followed by cookout at 5pm. Donations for door prizes for both events that day are needed so let us know if you can help! Proceeds will benefit new Electric Sign fund (for in front of the NW Chamber building). Again, help is needed to make this event go smoothly so volunteer a few hours if you can!

Craft Brew Fest

Saratoga Brewery coming plus others!  Meanwhile there’s an Electric Sign mock up sign in front of the Chamber building so people can see proposed location and size. Big Thank You to Brett Winchip for donating his time to engineer the sign base!!!!

Rack Cards

Rack Cards with TLBA and other town events on one side and Carol Theatre performances on the other have been ordered. These will fit in the bill folders used at restaurants, and rack card holders were also purchased for businesses to put by their cash registers.  We hope all business will help distribute these throughout the year to let our visitors know what events are planned for 2015.

Carol Theater

A Comedy Show benefiting the North Warren School Performing Arts Club is on May 9th. The TBLA thanks all who for the recent spring cleaning. They are looking for someone with a sand blaster to polish up some of the brass so if you can help with this let us know! Rustic Charm will be a great neighbor, being open on performance nights with coffee. The theatre committee still needs volunteers to help with ticket sales, ushering and concession sales the night of each performance. Call Al at #494-5318.

OP Fredericks

This gem is now under new management and owner George Stannard informed us that the menu will remain relatively the same for now with additional nightly specials & gluten free items. Hours are Tuesday - Sunday 4PM - 10PM, and they are considering opening for lunch during the summer season.

Farmers Market

Opening day will be June 17 at 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Woof Stock

Attention Dig Lovers: Save the date: June 20-21. The event still has room for vendors so anyone interested contact Cindy Mead at cmead3@nycap.rr.com.  Volunteers will be needed to cover the information booth and sell water. The TBLA need volunteers to wear their  "Chester" costume but the best way the community can help right now is to get the word out!

Pug Parade Replacement Event

The North Warren Chamber has 2 main options for a fall event: "A Bicycle Fest" and/or a "Fishing-Hunting-Survival Skill Festival".  The guys at The Hub and The Cross Roads are both involved with developing these great ideas. More information to follow as plans progress!
