Supporting Schroon's 4th of July: Keeping This Great Tradition Alive

From The Schroon Lake Chamber:

“This year’s Fourth of July celebration marks our 65th year of presenting a full day of family-friendly events, including the BEST parade in the Adirondacks! The entire day's events are funded through the generous contributions of local business and individual donors. We have a goal of raising $15,000 to make this year’s celebration happen and every donation - no matter the amount - will help us get there.”

Hot Rods and Cool Cars: North Hudson Saturday

A great weekend in greater Schroon. The North Hudson Volunteer Fire Department hosts its 12th Annual Car Show. The Lions Club hosts their annual golf tourney and the lake is open for business. Check out the Friends of Schroon Lake Book store sale in the basement of the Hudson Headwaters building until 2pm.

Schroon Lake Golf Course: Better Than Ever

There’s a lot happening at the Schroon Lake Golf course. Saturday, the SLCS Class of 2020 hosted a Fundraiser and next weekend the Lions host their annual tournament.

Check out the improvements at the course. Buildings have been demolished and relocated, improving views. There’s also coffee and hotdogs.
