As of 10 am today -- down town is hoppin'  -- the holiday weekend crowds packing restaurants for brunch with parking hard to find along Main street. Oh, and did we mention the Indian Summer heatwave that's contrubuting to this rockin' weekend?

The temperature for today is flirting with 80  -- so get out and enjoy this late season gift. Go for a kayak ride, take a hike, go apple picking, check out Octoberfest at Witherbee's or the open house at Gore Mountain.
