TO 2 INCHES OVER NORTHERN NEW YORK...FROM 1

TO 3 INCHES OVER THE CHAMPLAIN VALLEY...TO 3

TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW OVER THE WESTERN SLOPES

OF THE GREEN MOUNTAINS IN VERMONT.
