Schroon's version of the hit TV show Storage Wars is underway this Saturday morning.
The contents of nine abandoned storage lockers are for sale, and unlike the TV show, there is no bidding for whole lockers.
See something you want? Make an offer. Several units were packed from floor to ceiling, others consisted of just a few boxes of junk, but those potential hidden treasures had attracted at least two dozen pickers when we swung by at round 9.40 am.

The sale, at the Schroon Lake Storage units on Route 9 -- just a little north of Witherbee's Carriage House -- goes until 12.
And there are dozens of garage sales this weekend, including the big Lions Club sale at the Town Boathouse.
The Chamber of Commerce has maps and directions of many sales.
