* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW

* ACCUMULATIONS...6 OR MORE INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY THURSDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ON THURSDAY AND BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES THURSDAY NIGHT...BEFORE TAPERING TO LIGHT SNOW OR SNOW SHOWERS FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL IS EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY THURSDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S. LOWS AROUND 20.

* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES ON THURSDAY NIGHT.
