Several folks wanted to know who the lucky winner of the Schroon Lions Club Annual Ice Out contest was! ICE OUT IS OFFICIAL AT APRIL 22, 2014 AT 1:23 P.M.Turns out there were four winners who guessed the exact time and date that the ice officially went out, where the "Ice Out Machine" was located -- on the lake directly across from Witherbee's Carriage House.
