The Adirondack Buffalo Company will be open Saturday, the day known as National Buffalo Day in the USA.

Congress recently designated the bison as the National Mammal of the United States, and this past Tuesday marked the dedication ceremony of the bill at Wind Cave National Park, in South Dakota.

Adirondack Buffalo Company’s new fall hours are Friday through Sunday through Thanksgiving weekend.
