Monday, July 31st - The Schroon Lake Steering Committee (SLSC) will meet at 9:30 in the Schroon Lake Village Town Hall. Special guest will be James Pinheiro, Aquatic Biologist from Region 5 of the NYSDEC, who will discuss the fish population of Schroon Lake as well as answer questions.

Friday, August 11 - The Adirondack Lakes Alliance 2017 Symposium. This year's focus will be on watershed/lake/river assessment and management plans. At the beautiful Paul Smith's College. $25 and includes lunch. Join the many ESSLA Board members who will be attending. Ride sharing available.

Saturday, August 12 - The Adirondack Yard Sale and Shindig in the hamlet of Adirondack, from morning 'til night, come join the fun. If you have items you no longer need or use and would like to donate to ESSLA's booth to help fund raise, please bring them to the park the morning of. Gently used and fully functioning items only. No electronics.

Saturday, August 19 - We wrap the season with our member favorite Ice Cream Social, 6:00 p.m. in the Town Park in Adirondack.
