Schroon's New Moon Goddess Circle

From True North Yoga:

This open monthly circle provides a safe, sacred space for women to discuss spiritual and healing issues, to practice earth-centered meditations and rituals, and to explore the teachings of nature-based traditions. By sharing thoughts, feelings and ideas within the framework of ritual, we inspire and support each woman's individual spiritual journey.

Together we celebrate the flow of the seasons and the moon's cycle, honor the divine feminine within others, and ourselves and learn to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

There is no charge to participate. A small donation ($5 or less) will help to cover the cost of ritual supplies. Seasonal gifts from nature (flowers, leaves and the like) or sweet treats to share are welcome additions to our altar.

True North Founder Debbie Philp sees the pursuit of wellness as a sacred journey that reveals the healer within. She offers yoga; coaching and shamanic healing practices to help you discover your innate power, your inner wisdom, and your ability to nurture yourself and others. Debbie is an E-RYT500 yoga teacher, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher. She teaches yoga classes, leads yoga teacher training, instructs Shamanic Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and offers individual healing sessions.

We meet next on Sunday, November 19 at 7:00pm to celebrate the new Cold Moon. We will be working with the Hindu goddess Lakshmi to invite and give thanks for prosperity and abundance. Visit Deb’s website, by clicking here.
