Boat Safety Course Sunk

We are sad to report the two day Boat Safety Course, scheduled for this Tuesday (July 27) at the Boathouse, has been cancelled. The event organizer, Mark Granger, from the Schroon Lake Association who was to host the event, says lack of interest led to the course being beached.

Mark tells Schroon Laker that many folks are choosing to take boating courses on line.

But we are fans of the real event. Our entire family took the course with an instructor, and it was invaluable. Top scorer? Our then 12-year-old daughter, with 100 per cent.
