For 26 years this event has been a magnet -- drawing hundreds of folks to our fair town every summer -- for a magical afternoon. And once again, this FREE event, proudly sponsored by the Schroon Lake Arts Council, is gonna be a huge event!

Following our story about the Fundraiser for Alpine Pizza’s Ralph Dudley, we’ve heard from those close to him about what this Sunday’s event means to them. The get-together is at the Timberwolf, starting at 4pm and will feature raffles, music, Mr. P's BBQ and Helen's famous spaghetti. All proceeds will help Ralph in his courageous battle with cancer. Mark Piper's duo starts at 7pm, followed by an acoustic set by Beyond Driven!
From Robert Forrester, the father of Ralph’s partner Kristen: "As Kristin's dad, my wife and I are very heartened and grateful to the community of Schroon Lake for your support of Ralph and Kristin in this troubled time for them. When we lived in Saranac Lake it was always much easier to visit with them and we always enjoyed your community. However, as Ralph's niece mentioned, we too live quite a few miles apart in Lake Placid, FL but nonetheless they are constantly in our thoughts and prayers and will offer all the support that we can. They are so lucky to reside in such a caring area!”
And from Ralph’s niece, Trisha Lee Frias: “Everybody please do this for my uncle Ralph and Kristen. My uncle did so much for everyone I would wish for everyone to give back to him.
I love them both dearly… he does a great job for what he does for his pizza shop. Even though I live in North Carolina my prayers are with my uncle.”
