On Saturday, we’re going to have the Mr. P’s smoked salmon as an appetizer, entrée or on the chop-chop salad. The appetizer is served with chipotle cream cheese and rice crackers for $8. The chop-chop salad has mixed greens, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots and red cabbage, topped with the salmon for $12. The entrée is served with a brown butter and dill glaze with your choice of any two sides for $20.
