Yesterday, we reported on the parties and celebrations that are happening around Schroon's First Night. We've just receved this missive from Mr. P's Mountain Smokehouse about their NYE special menu.

On Saturday, we’re going to have the Mr. P’s smoked salmon as an appetizer, entrée or on the chop-chop salad.  The appetizer is served with chipotle cream cheese and rice crackers for $8.  The chop-chop salad has mixed greens, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots and red cabbage, topped with the salmon for $12.  The entrée is served with a brown butter and dill glaze with your choice of any two sides for $20.
