Learn More About Our Great Lake

Save the date: July 12, for the Schroon Lake Association's Annual Meeting. It's open to everyone, and those in attendance will be in for a treat -- a special presentation by world celebrated ADK photographer Carl Heilman. It's at the Schroon Lake Central School at 8pm.

Meanwhile, we hear there was a bumper turn out for the East Shore Schroon Lake Association meeting this past Friday night.  From President Jane Smith:

We had a great turn-out for our first member meeting of the 2013 season.  Kristen Rohne  is a treasure and shared her wealth of information on all things invasive in Lake George.  She also gave us the CD of the PBS documentary “Lake Defenders”...if you missed the meeting and would like to borrow it please let me know....it’s worth watching
