Introducing Red Molly

The incredible trio, Red Molly, is Schroon bound and now is the time to mark you calendar to make sure you get a seat. Since we were tipped to these talented lasses by Jack Osburne, of the Schroon Lake Arts Council, we have become instant fans. And we are lucky enough to host them here in Schroon, on July 30th at the Boat House, thanks to an anonymous donor. 

Red Molly is a folk trio consisting of Laurie MacAllister (vocals, guitar, banjo), Abbie Gardner (vocals, guitar, Dobro, lap steel guitar), and Molly Venter (vocals, guitar). They perform original works composed by each of the group members, as well as covers of other songwriters including Hank Williams, Gillian Welch and Ryan Adams. Their fans are known as "Redheads."
