Meet one of the 40 or so American Bison  -- aka buffalo as they are commonly referred to  -- who call the Adirondack Buffalo Company home.  If you have never had a bison burger, you are missing out. Check out the farm in North Hudson  – from their visitor’s viewing deck --  and get ready to grill some great bison, available at their store.

Getting there: Take I-87 North to Exit 29 (North Hudson/Newcomb Exit) or Route 9 North of Schroon, take a left onto Blue Ridge Road and go for 3 ¾  miles (about 6 km).
