That’s the question posed by photographer Pat Thorne. From Pat:
“I was out paddling my canoe, when I saw a wake in the water and went to investigate. This little muskrat climbed up on the propeller on this boat. It looked as if he was doing major work on the boat’s propeller. In actuality, he had made a feeding station in back of the boat and was having a feast. Muskrats live in marshes and lakes and eat cattails, bulrushes and mussels. Enjoy".
