Memorial Day Weekend 2014: The Guide

THE BREAKFAST IS MAY 25!!!

Hearing great music, eating wonderful food, guzzling great drinks, finding a bargain or three, treating your body right, and honoring our Veterans,  should be at the top of your Memorial Day to do list starting today.

It’s all part of the official Schroon Opening Weekend  -- now in its third year --  with town-wide events kicking off the summer season. 

Organizer Shelby Davis said this year’s program features multiple events spread out over several venues.

“We have moved away from the model of having many activities in the Town Park. This way the weather won’t impact the schedule of events,” Shelby told Schroon Laker.”
