The keen eye of Pat Thorne captures a bald eagle in this graceful pose on Schroon Lake earlier this week. From Pat:

"I thought you might like this photo of this bald eagle who landed early in the morning looking for breakfast.  The hawks and eagles will be beginning their fall migration in the next week as it peaks on September 15th.  So keep a lookout for these migrating birds around the lake".
