Marjorie J. Powers passed away Monday, May 4, 2015, at Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her children, after a brief illness.

She was 89. Many knew her as “Mom.” At her request, there will be no services or calling hours. The family requests memorials take the form of donations to the Schroon Lake Emergency Squad, Schroon Lake, NY 12870 or the American Cancer Society.
