The saying goes it takes a village -- but for the lake keepers of Schroon -- there are three lake associations (and many villages) responsible for her care: The Schroon Lake Association, The Paradox Lake Association and the East Shore Schroon Lake Association. And ESSLA are celebrating Schroon with their annual Gourmet Pasta Fund Raiser Dinner. So save the date: Sunday, June 7th.

For those of you who have been away and those others who survived a tough winter we are doing it again. Join friends and neighbors getting together to kick off the new season! Over 175 of us gathered last year and we hope to break that record. You can have a great meal, support your lake association’s conservation projects with your donations, break bread with your friends, and catch up on the news. We will host again at Jimbo’s overlooking beautiful Brant Lake. The large dining area is a lovely setting to sit and relax. This year, to move things quicker, we are trying a buffet. After 7 years of holding the price, inflation has caught up with us, requiring a small increase in adult price. Children prices remain the same.

$25 per adult, $10 for children under 12, two and under free

Menu: Salad, Bread, Beverages, variety of pasta and toppings.

Dessert table: Yes! Our own favorite recipes from our great volunteer bakers. Please join that group and donate your favorite treat. Please let us know when making a reservation if you are donating. Also by popular demand a great variety of beautiful baskets will be raffled off!
