Early snow falls and 24/7 snow making have been an early Christmas gift for fans of Gore Mountain. The resort opens tomorrow (Friday, November 22)) for its second three day weekend of the new season. Open terrain now includes Topridge and Ruby Run. The Northwoods Gondola is servicing terrain for intermediates and experts. Freestylers can get some November kicks on Pot Luck's early-season park.

From the Resort:

“Snow makers will keep their weekend focused on extending Sunway past the Quicksilver entrance while preparing for a big move to the summit- stay tuned for updates. Plan on grabbing lunch at the scenic Saddle Lodge this weekend! Rates this Friday-Sunday are $65 for adults, $55 for teens and seniors, and $39 for juniors- save an additional $10 when you bring a non-perishable food item for our drive!”

The resort now has RFID gates at their lifts, meaning no more showing tickets or passes. Check out the Opening Day video.
