There’s no doubt the pristine waters of Schroon Lake are the number 1 attraction for locals and visitors during the summer and fringe seasons. And the reason our lake is as clean as it is, is due almost entirely to the efforts of the volunteers of the two lake associations who keep a watchful eye on everything: The Schroon Lake Association (SLA) and the East Shore Schroon Lake Association (ESSLA).

Tonight, is your chance to learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about the lake – and then some – at the annual meeting of the Schroon Lake Association. More from the SLA’s President, Sue Palisano:

“Dear Friends of Schroon Lake,
Summer is well under way here in Schroon Lake, and it has been a busy and fun season so far. We at the Schroon Lake Association wanted to keep you up to date with what we have been doing to help maintain the beauty and health of our beautiful lake and let you know how you can help.

This Friday, August 20th, 2021 at 7:00PM at the Schroon Lake Boathouse you are welcome to attend the Schroon Lake Association Annual Meeting. Come learn about the current state of the lake and learn how the health is monitored and maintained. Speakers for this event are:
