/Rebecca Ann Shaughnessy Dobie, a woman with strong connections to Schroon Lake, passed away on July 30, 2018.
From the official Obit: Becky was born on March 15, 1949 at Glens Falls Hospital, the sixth of seven children of George and Gladys (Litts) Shaughnessy of Newcomb. Becky married her husband, Philip, in Schroon Lake on April 6, 1979. She volunteered for the Cub Scouts and taught catechism at Our Lady of Lords Catholic Church.
