Schroon Lake From The Air

We often hear them early on weekend mornings – the sound of a lawn mower engine coming from above. A quick look up reveals it’s an ultra light plane, that has just taken off from Schroon Lake Airport. We’ve often wondered what that view must be like, and now, thanks to You Tube, our curiosity has been satisfied.

This video is nothing short of spectacular – showing the early fall colors of what appears to be a crisp morning. It was shot from a Quicksilver MX Ultralight by a pilot who goes by the handle “fshaw1029”.
