Welcome to all of the new weekly influx of guests  -- and those up for the weekend -- who will be enjoying our glorious slice of paradise. And among the visitors to Schroon this wekend, we'd like to extend a warm welcome to a large group of alums from the Brown University men's rowing program for their 3rd annual reunion at Schroon Lake.

 

The Brown rowers span graduating classes 2008 through 2011 and include many of the members of the 2009 team which won two Ivy League championships, the ECAC Eastern Sprints Regatta, and The Royal English Henley, we hear from Schroon Lake reader Ortis.

The rowers are guests of Schroon summer resident Rob O'Leary, who hails from Fayetteville, NY and Dublin, Ireland. Rob was a member of the 2009 Brown championship boat.
