The White Stuff: It’s Headed Our Way

Expect a little  -- or a lot  -- of the white stuff this weekend.

Snow is forecast to start falling tonight and Saturday afternoon, well into Sunday. In fact , if you’ve missed Winter  -- you’re gonna love Sunday. From The National Weather Service:

Partly sunny, with a high near 13. Wind chill values as low as -7. Blustery, with a northwest wind 18 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph.

Meanwhile, all of this is terrific news for area skiers. Gore Mountain is open Saturday and Sunday with more than three miles of terrain open on Foxlair or Ruby Run off the gondola.

Those trails meet up for a run down the East Side that puts together bits and pieces of Foxlair, Sunway, Quicksilver, 3B, and Jamboree. Hee Haw!!!
