Oh, The Weather Outside Will Be...

Oh, the weather outside will be...who knows, it's the Adirondacks after all!!!. As of this writing, (late Tuesday night) the National Weather Center is forecasting  overnight
 snow before 1 am, then sleet between 1 am and 2 am, then freezing rain after 2 am. Low could be around 27 for Schroon and surrounding towns. 

Then there will be a calm wind becoming northeast 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total nighttime ice accumulation of around a 0.1 of an inch possible. Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Wednesday:

"Rain. High near 43. Northeast wind 11 to 16 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between three quarters and one inch possible. Wednesday Night
: Rain, snow, and sleet before 1am, then a chance of snow. Low around 14. Northwest wind 14 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow and sleet accumulation of around an inch possible".
