There's no doubt that Schroon can rightly lay claim to being the premiere music and performing arts Capital of the North Country.

From the Seagle Music Colony's Opera, Broadway and children's plays, the Schroon Lake Arts Council’s Summer series of concerts and children's theatre, performances at The Strand, to the Adirondack Shakespeare Company, to our annual Folk Festival, we do have an embarrassment of riches!

Lest we forget The Word Of Life Concert series, live music performances at Sticks & Stones, Witherbee's, The Wolf, the Monday night Boathouse Jam session and the late Summer Jazz Fest!
