Music fans are in for a treat this Labor Day weekend -- with multiple choices. There is something for everybody. Tonight, it’s the Open Mic at Witherbee’s Carriage House with Mark Piper.

Friday night the Schroon Lake Arts Council presents a free concert at the Boathouse featuring 9 Horses.

9 Horses are three extraordinary musicians: Joe Brent (mandolin), Sara Caswell (violin) and Shawn Conley (bass), They play an eclectic mix of folk, jazz and rock, drawing inspiration from artists such as Stevie Wonder and Astor Piazzolla. The concert starts at 8pm.

At Sticks & Stones it’s summer favorite “Dan, The One Man Band”, cranking out the tunes.

At 9pm at the Timberwolf it’s BarneStorm, featuring Dave Hamell, Skip Luppy, Bill Casey and John Wardle. The lads play until 1am.

Down Route 9 The Gregson Brothers play at Witherbee’s.
