Gokey’s Auction: A True North Country Experience
/If you are visiting for the summer, passing through or just happen to find yourself with a couple of hours to spare, there’s nothing quite like attending a Gokey’s Auction.
And there's one today at their auction headquarters and store in North Hudson.
Besides seeing history up close and personal, and having the chance to own a piece of yesteryear, there’s the sheer joy in watching auctioneer John Gokey run the show.
He’s an award-winning gabber and he’s earned that title. His fast talking, no-nonsense and deadpan humor makes the event a very enjoyable outing.
