From Curts Lumber:

Friday March 20, 2020

Together, we face the rapidly changing circumstances occurring due to the COVID-19 situation, we want to share with you our priorities. Curtis Lumber remains open for business. We are committed to the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community. As such, we are taking the following actions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 as per current state and federal guidelines. Effective with the start of business on Monday March 23, 2020 we will be making the following changes to our schedule and customer pickup and delivery procedures. Hours of Operation:

All Locations: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Saturday 8:00-12:00 Sunday: Closed Accounts Receivables will be staffed for telephone calls only and can be reached at 518-490-1356. Please note all payments on account must be made over the phone, via mail, or on-line. Our outside sales team have been instructed to no longer conduct face-to-face sales calls.

Communications will be done electronically, including quotes and estimates. If you have any questions on these changes, please contact the manager of the location. We will service customers the following two ways,

Curbside Pickup and Job Site Deliveries. We are open for business, but our stores and warehouses are going to be closed for public access. Curbside Pickup: To place an order, please contact us at one of our 21 locations All curbside pickup orders will need to be pre-paid with a credit card or invoiced to a house account at the time of order. Please note; no cash or checks will be accepted. You will receive a phone call or text (indicate preference at time of order) notifying you that your order is ready for pickup and instructions for pickup. All pickup orders will be placed in an isolated customer pickup zone.

Delivery Expectations: Our drivers have been instructed to have as little interaction with customers as possible. Drivers will do their best to unload deliveries in the best location possible, while maintaining a safe distance. Drivers will not be bringing product into a customer’s home. At this time, we will be waiving the requirement for a signature. Drivers will depend on photos for delivery verification. Although this is an unprecedented event, Curtis Lumber has always put our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, first, and we will continue to do so. Thank you for your business.
